May 22nd

Today in school, the children had some time to reflect on the amazing way that Manchester as a community has embraced the Peace Mala message of treating others as we wish to be treated and come together to remember the lives of those lost on this day in 2017. The children thought of words that represented their reflections and using the Peace Mala colours, decorated bees which have been put on Display on the main KS2 corridor for all to see and feel proud of. We are proud of Manchester and the love that is shown to all who live there, regardless of their race, religion, gender or sexuality. One love Manchester! <3

Lots of children dressed up as bees and enjoyed lots of fun activities to remember the lives of the 22.
